About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to lead STAN's growth by managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery all the way to deal closure and client hand-off. This role represents STAN directly to property management leaders and HOA boards, demonstrating how artificial intelligence can revolutionize their operational processes.
This is a highly hands-on position perfect for candidates who relish pursuing new opportunities and successfully closing deals. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the role is based in North York, Ontario, and requires full-time in-office presence, ideal for those who flourish in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and enjoy personal interactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for sourcing, qualifying, and closing new ventures within the HOA and Property Management sectors.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations emphasizing the return on investment and efficiency improvements offered by STAN AI.
- Develop and sustain a broad network within the industry, representing STAN at trade shows and related events.
- Lead pricing negotiations and contract discussions to secure enduring partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing for lead generation efforts and coordinate with Customer Success for smooth client transitions.
- Maintain a vibrant sales funnel via proactive outreach methods such as cold calling, targeted emails, and social selling.
- Monitor market trends and relay insights to the Product team to influence future AI product development.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Demonstrated success consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets in fast-moving environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to HOA and property management professionals.
- Proficiency using CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and current sales enablement tools.
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of independently generating leads and managing pipelines without close oversight.
- Strategic thinker skilled at handling multi-stakeholder sales processes involving property managers, boards, and executives.
- Comfortable working in a startup setting with evolving and developing procedures.
- A bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience.
