Role Overview
The Academic Administrator position is a full-time, remote role responsible for the coordination and support of Cosmoversity’s academic programs. Key duties involve managing course calendars, keeping accurate student records, supporting faculty with instructional materials, and handling curriculum-related documentation. This role also requires regular communication with learners and instructors to resolve queries, facilitate seamless program delivery, and promote a positive educational experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate academic schedules and maintain comprehensive student records.
- Assist faculty with preparation of teaching resources and curriculum documentation.
- Serve as a communication link between learners and instructors, addressing inquiries and supporting program smoothness.
- Collaborate on curriculum implementation and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
- Collect feedback to aid in the continuous improvement of educational programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure academic processes comply with institutional policies and accreditation standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong background in education or academic leadership with relevant administrative experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities to engage effectively with students, faculty, and partners.
- Familiarity with curriculum development, including organizing and documenting course content and learning objectives.
- Proficiency in learning management systems, student information systems, and common office productivity tools.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and meticulous attention to record-keeping and process accuracy.
- Experience in executive or higher education sectors focusing on leadership, business, AI, sports management, or finance preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Administration, or related disciplines; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
- Capable of working autonomously in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across dispersed teams.
