About the Role

Battery Smart is an established network focusing on electric vehicle (EV) battery swapping, facilitating efficient and convenient mobility solutions. We are seeking a competent and dependable 2 Wheeler Electrical Mechanic to assist with the maintenance and repair of electric two-wheelers and their electrical components.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and fix electrical faults in electric two-wheelers.
• Examine, repair, and replace electrical parts including wiring harnesses, controllers, lights, chargers, and DC converters.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and routine servicing of EVs.
• Diagnose battery, charging, and electrical system issues.
• Ensure servicing is completed within set timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Use mobile applications or diagnostic tools to perform basic diagnostics.
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to address vehicle breakdowns quickly.
• Keep accurate records of repairs performed and spare parts utilized.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and workshop procedures.

Eligibility and Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a 2 Wheeler Mechanic or Electrical Technician.
• Basic knowledge of EV systems and electrical troubleshooting techniques.
• ITI or Diploma qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile disciplines is preferred.
• Proficiency in using smartphones and various mobile applications.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a smartphone.
• Willingness to work in both field and workshop environments.
