About the Internship

This internship involves supporting the wealth management operations through various client-facing and back-office tasks. The intern will handle client onboarding procedures including managing KYC documentation and account openings while ensuring timely follow-ups. They will also download, prepare, and distribute investment-related documents such as portfolio statements, capital gain reports, and investment performance summaries obtained from broker back-office systems.

In addition, the intern is expected to communicate effectively with clients and coordinate with brokers, Asset Management Companies (AMCs), and other financial institutions to maintain smooth service delivery. Maintaining precise client records, performing operational data-entry tasks, and assisting with mutual fund research and investment activities will be key responsibilities. Basic administrative and financial support duties including GST-related documentation, petty cash management, and record maintenance must be performed as part of the daily workflow.

Stipend and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging between INR 4,000 and INR 16,000. This comprises a fixed pay of INR 3,000 to INR 15,000 plus a fixed incentive of INR 1,000 per month
• Additional perks include a certificate of internship completion, letter of recommendation, 5-day workweek, free snacks and beverages, and potential job offer upon successful completion

• Post internship successful conversion to full-time employment offers an annual salary in the range of INR 300,000 to INR 400,000
