About the Internship
MARS Cosmetics, a dynamic color cosmetics brand headquartered in Delhi, is seeking an energetic and motivated Retail HR Intern to become part of their Human Resources team. This internship will provide practical exposure to comprehensive HR functions within a rapidly evolving retail sector. The selected candidate will have opportunities to engage in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR administrative operations while gaining valuable industry insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in candidate sourcing and manage the scheduling and coordination of interviews for retail hiring.
- Support the onboarding process including preparing necessary documentation and coordinating joining formalities.
- Accurately maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and other documentation.
- Help organize employee engagement programs, events, and related activities.
- Liaise with various internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
- Provide administrative support for daily Human Resources operations as necessary.

Additional Requirements

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Compensation and Perks
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 14,000 to 15,000. Interns will also receive a certificate upon completion of the program.
