About the Internship
Join Jobs Territory as a Recruitment intern based in Bangalore, where you will gain practical exposure to the recruitment process while assisting in identifying and attracting suitable candidates for diverse clients. This role demands strong command over English communication, both verbal and written, along with proficiency in MS-Office and Excel for data management and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in sourcing and evaluating potential candidates for job openings.
- Arrange interviews and manage scheduling in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Keep the candidate records updated and monitor recruitment performance indicators.
- Provide assistance in drafting and advertising job vacancies.
- Help in planning and conducting recruitment-related events and job fairs.
- Perform telephone screenings and carry out reference verification when required.
- Work jointly with colleagues on recruitment projects and special initiatives.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore.
- Availability to commence between July 11, 2026 and August 15, 2026.
- Commitment to a six-month internship period.
- Relevant skills and a genuine interest in recruitment.
Stipend and Perks
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 15,000 to 20,000.
