About the Internship

This internship invites aspiring human resource professionals to gain hands-on recruitment experience through real-world hiring assignments guided by seasoned recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential candidates by sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and other recruiting avenues.
Evaluate resumes to shortlist applicants based on specific job criteria.
Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Arrange interview schedules between candidates and hiring authorities efficiently.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Update and manage candidate databases and recruitment trackers diligently.
Handle multiple live recruitment projects spanning various industries.
Develop skills in contemporary recruitment methods, sourcing tactics, and candidate relationship management.
Collaborate closely with the supervising manager to close open hiring demands successfully.

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a full-time onsite internship.
Start date should be between July 13, 2026, and August 17, 2026.
Commitment to a 3-month internship tenure is required.

Additional Requirements

Possession of a personal laptop and a separate SIM card is mandatory.
Stable internet connectivity is necessary for the role.

Compensation and Benefits

This is an unpaid internship with a performance-based stipend scheme:
- 0 to 4 successful joinings: No stipend
- 5 to 8 joinings: INR 3000
- 9 to 12 joinings: INR 5000
- 13 to 15 joinings: INR 7500
- 16 or more joinings: INR 10,000 plus special awards for top performers.

Additional perks include a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation. Top-performing interns may be eligible for pre-placement offers. The internship is primarily work-from-home with live hiring projects and structured mentoring available.
