About the internship
Ridvig Technologies is offering a remote product management internship for someone who wants broad exposure to how a lean service business operates. The team focuses on solving real client problems through practical execution and increasingly uses AI-driven workflows to improve speed and quality. As a small, fast-moving group, the company avoids heavy hierarchy, so the intern gets to work closely with the founder and see how decisions are made across clients, operations, research, content, and experimentation.
Role overview
This is a hands-on, generalist internship for an aspiring product manager or future founder who wants to understand how a business actually runs from the inside. The role is not limited to a single function. Instead, it blends research, content work, AI experimentation, coordination, and execution across live business tasks.
What you will do
- Research markets, competitors, and clients in depth, then convert the findings into clear summaries and practical recommendations.
- Draft and refine different types of content, including documents, proposals, social media posts, and internal playbooks.
- Test AI tools such as LLMs, agents, and automation platforms to improve workflows, then document the approaches that work best.
- Handle tasks from start to finish across operations and client work, including coordination, follow-ups, and dependable execution.
- Collaborate directly with the founder on new ideas and observe how real-time decisions are made.
Who this internship is suited for
Ideal candidates are disciplined, reliable, and comfortable being accountable for deadlines. They should be naturally curious, able to solve unknowns independently before asking thoughtful questions, and capable of writing clearly in English. The role also suits people who already use AI tools regularly and have at least one project, automation, or experiment to show. Coding ability in Python or JavaScript is a plus, as is experience with no-code automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.

The internship lasts for 1 month and begins immediately, with a work-from-home setup. There is 1 opening available. The stipend is INR 7,500 per month, made up of fixed pay of ₹5,000 per month and incentive pay of ₹2,500 per month.
