About the Internship

Arihant Publications, a leading educational content publisher in India with over two decades of experience, is seeking interns for a Market Research role. The selected candidates will handle daily tasks centered around data collection, analysis, and reporting to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and prepare MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis across multiple departments.
• Analyze business data to produce meaningful analytics and insights that influence decision-making.
• Create detailed dashboards and customized reports using Microsoft Excel tools.
• Monitor critical business metrics to detect trends and identify patterns for strategic inputs.
• Ensure the data's accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery in all reports.
• Gather data from various departments and consolidate it to support comprehensive analysis.
• Coordinate with educators and academic professionals to verify and collect relevant information.

Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in MS Excel with advanced functionalities like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, Charts, and Dashboard creation.
• Basic knowledge of data analytics and ability to generate analytical reports.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and eagerness to learn new concepts.
• Strong time management and report generation skills.

Additional Information

• Internship duration: 3 months with immediate availability preferred.
• Full-time, in-office position located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
• Stipend between INR 15,000 and INR 25,000 per month.
• Opportunity to earn a certificate upon successful completion.
