Lead Generation Intern

About the Internship

The selected intern will play a crucial role in lead generation through LinkedIn by identifying and engaging potential clients, crafting tailored outreach communications, and supporting content creation aligned with the company's brand voice. This position is full-time and onsite at EMIAC Technologies' Jaipur office, for a period of 6 months, starting immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research target audiences and prospective leads on LinkedIn using relevant criteria such as company, role, and industry.
• Develop personalized outreach messages that convey clear value propositions and encourage engagement through effective calls to action.
• Manage and expand connections with potential clients, business partners, and leads to boost networking efforts.
• Create compelling LinkedIn posts that reflect the brand's identity and marketing goals.
• Engage actively with followers and connections by commenting, liking, sharing, and responding to stimulate community interaction.
• Monitor outreach activities to evaluate engagement levels and connection success rates.
• Contribute to the overall organic LinkedIn marketing strategy as part of the company's B2B growth initiatives.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available to work full-time onsite in Jaipur.
• Should be able to start between July 15 and August 19, 2026.
• Must commit to the full internship duration of 6 months.
• Candidates must possess relevant skills and interests in digital marketing and LinkedIn engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce engaging and clear content.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn as a platform for B2B networking and marketing.
• Strong research capabilities to identify ideal prospects based on specific factors.
• Proficient copywriting skills to generate impactful outreach messages and posts.
• An inquisitive and consistent mindset focused on professional networking and relationship-building.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is advantageous but not necessary.
• Enthusiastic about learning, experimenting, and adapting strategies for continuous improvement.
