About the Internship

MH London is looking for a motivated and detail-focused HR intern to become an integral part of our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on exposure to diverse HR activities, empowering you to actively contribute to our company's growth and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through multiple recruiting platforms.
• Organize and coordinate both in-person and virtual interviews.
• Conduct phone follow-ups with candidates to keep them updated on application progress.
• Manage candidate tracking systems and carry out essential HR operational tasks.
• Take full responsibility for planning and executing company-wide employee engagement initiatives, including concept development, logistics, and securing necessary approvals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities to effectively interact with candidates and represent the company.
• Active listening skills to understand employee issues and viewpoints and provide appropriate responses.
• Professional phone and email etiquette to manage correspondences efficiently.
• Problem-solving aptitude to independently address and resolve issues.

Eligibility Criteria

• Available for a full-time, in-office internship in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
• Internship start date between July 14, 2026, and August 18, 2026.
• Commitment to complete the four-month internship duration.
• Possess relevant skills and a genuine interest in HR functions.
• Open to fresh graduates seeking job experience.

Additional Information

• This internship provides a monthly stipend of INR 15,000.
• Upon successful completion and permanent hiring, the annual salary ranges between INR 300,000 and 360,000.
