About the Internship:
This internship offers an opportunity to engage in HR recruitment focused on Kannada-speaking candidates. Interns will be responsible for identifying suitable talent, conducting screening interviews to evaluate language skills, and assisting recruitment and operational processes to support organizational growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to candidates who are proficient in Kannada.
- Conduct screening calls to assess candidates’ Kannada language capabilities.
- Contribute to recruitment operations and support related activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be able to work remotely from home.
- Availability to begin the internship between July 27, 2026, and August 31, 2026.
- Commitment to a 6-month internship period.
- Possess relevant skills and a keen interest in recruitment tasks.
- Women aiming to initiate or resume their careers are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to INR 8,000.
