Role Overview

This opening is for a highly motivated and execution-focused Founder's Office Intern who will work directly with the Founder. The internship is meant for someone who wants practical exposure to startup building, business strategy, fundraising, partnerships, operations, execution, and scaling in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Founder to plan and execute important business initiatives.
• Help build business roadmaps, expansion plans, and growth strategies.
• Carry out market research, study competitors, and identify fresh business opportunities.
• Support business development by reaching out to recruiters, brands, production houses, casting agencies, talent seekers, and potential strategic partners.
• Assist in bringing recruiters, partners, and other stakeholders onto the platform.
• Coordinate partnership conversations and contribute to collaboration efforts.
• Support founder-led projects by keeping execution on track and coordinating across teams.
• Create presentations, reports, pitch decks, and other business documents for strategic discussions.
• Assist with investor communication, fundraising activities, and follow-up tasks.
• Support hiring work such as candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and recruitment coordination.
• Monitor project progress, track deadlines, and make sure assigned work is completed on time.
• Help improve internal systems and contribute to operational efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to solve business problems and deliver priority initiatives.
• Take part in networking events, meetings, and strategic discussions that support business growth.
• Handle any other tasks needed to support the company’s growth and operations.

Working Conditions

This is a part-time, onsite internship based in Pune, with opportunities listed for Pune and Mumbai. The role begins immediately and runs for 6 months.
