About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience managing digital marketing activities for a socially-driven organization focused on community welfare. Interns will be responsible for maintaining and contributing to the social media channels such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, creating compelling content including captions, reels, and awareness posters to align with the organization's mission. Designing visual materials using Canva and assisting with digital campaigns like donation drives, awareness efforts, and event promotions are key parts of the role.
Interns will research hashtags for enhancing content reach, conduct competitor analysis to propose fresh content and growth ideas, interact with the online audience through comments and messages to cultivate engagement, and support organic social media expansion through consistent interaction and creative strategy development. Monitoring and analyzing metrics such as reach, impressions, and engagement to measure and improve content effectiveness is an essential responsibility.

Compensation & Perks
