Responsibilities also include identifying and resolving bugs, improving application stability and security, and adhering to best coding practices to facilitate maintainable and reusable code. Active participation in code reviews, testing procedures, and team discussions will help maintain and elevate product quality.

Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Node.js, Go, Python, Java, or PHP.
- Experience with backend frameworks like Express.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, development, and integration.
- Competence in managing relational and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment tools like AWS, Docker, and WebSockets.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization capabilities.
- Knowledge of backend security concepts, scalability strategies, and coding best practices.
- Effective collaboration skills for working within cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
