Role Overview

This full-time Worker position operates in a hybrid model based in Dubai, combining on-site duties with some tasks from home like reporting, coordination, and administrative work. On location, the worker assists in the fabrication, cutting, fitting, and installing of glass and aluminum components including frames and panels, following technical instructions and safety protocols. Daily tasks involve handling materials loading/unloading, preparing workspaces, using hand and power tools, supporting senior technicians with measurements and alignments, maintaining equipment, site cleanliness, and observing health and safety standards. They also communicate progress with supervisors and complete necessary documentation or digital logs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience or keen interest in glass and aluminum fabrication, installation, or general construction.
• Competency with basic hand and power tools, focusing on accuracy and safety.
• Fundamental ability to interpret technical drawings or instructions and a strong willingness to learn.
• Physical capability for manual labor, including lifting, standing for long periods, and working at heights.
• Dedication to safety practices, correct use of protective gear, and compliance with company policies.
• Dependability, punctuality, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setup.
• Basic English communication skills, with additional languages spoken in Dubai considered a plus.
