Waste Collector - 1st Shift

Role Overview

This position is for a dependable and safety-minded Waste Collector to support facility operations in Duncan, South Carolina. The job centers on handling waste in a controlled, compliant manner to help maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Schedule

The shift runs Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Duties

• Pick up waste from different areas within the facility and move it safely.
• Make sure waste is secured and marked in line with safety procedures.
• Carry trash and recyclable materials to the appropriate disposal locations.
• Maintain accurate records related to waste handling and disposal.
• Support general cleaning tasks when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Good physical endurance and manual dexterity.
• Ability to spot safety risks and report them to the right team members.
• Dependable transportation.
• Comfort with following schedules and honoring commitments.
• Willingness to take direction from a supervisor.
• Professional behavior at work.
