Position Overview

We integrate transformative diagnostics and treatments to enhance and extend lives globally. We seek a Warehouse Technician on a one-year contract to support our manufacturing and quality operations through expert logistics and warehouse management at our Singapore facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute material handling tasks including receiving, picking, packing, issuing, and sampling to meet manufacturing and quality requirements.
• Maintain impeccable inventory accuracy via regular cycle counts and precise data updates within SAP and other databases.
• Oversee all inbound and outbound shipments ensuring compliance with standard receiving, picking, and packing procedures.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse team to sustain operational excellence and contribute to improvement projects.
• Strictly comply with cGMP, GDP, local and corporate policies, and safe handling protocols related to Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Ensure thorough and accurate documentation related to order fulfillment, initiate and track change requests and discrepancies.
• Escalate any abnormal events promptly while ensuring proper labeling and segregation of materials.
• Promote a safety-first culture by adhering to all safety, health, and environmental (SHE) requirements.
• Immediately report workplace incidents, near misses, or hazards and adhere to site security protocols, reporting any suspicious activities.
• Adopt and advocate Lean Production System (LPS) principles, driving continual warehouse improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC, or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Preferably have experience in warehouse or logistics operations, ideally in GMP-controlled settings.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse operational processes is advantageous.
• Must hold a valid forklift license as forklift operation is an essential job function.
• Must be willing to work onsite at Singapore Tuas Bay Link; company shuttle service available from MRT stations.
• Commitment to a one-year contractual term is required.
