Warehouse Logistics Administrator

Overview

This position involves managing and overseeing the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system to support daily logistics and sales operations at a cat and dog food manufacturing and sales company based in Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the SFA platform to facilitate daily sales processes.
• Update and oversee master data including customer details, sales personnel assignments, territories, product pricing, sales objectives, and related information.
• Track ongoing sales activities such as customer visits and order submissions through the SFA system.
• Validate data accuracy and completeness before compiling reports for management review.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports and dashboards covering Sales vs Target, customer, salesman, and product KPIs.
• Assist Sales Representatives and Managers in troubleshooting and resolving basic system or data issues with the SFA.
• Collaborate with IT teams and external SFA providers for system maintenance, updates, and enhancement implementations.
• Conduct or assist User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new system functionalities.
• Create training documentation such as user manuals and procedural guidelines for sales teams.
• Organize and deliver training sessions to onboard or upskill new and existing SFA users.

Candidate Eligibility and Educational Qualifications

Applicants should hold a degree or diploma in Management, BBA, BCOM, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
