Role overview
The Warehouse Coordinator supports day-to-day warehouse activity by preparing orders for dispatch or collection, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the work area organised, safe, and efficient.
Key duties
- Get delivery and pickup orders ready on schedule by loading, packing, wrapping, labelling, and shipping items.
- Work in line with service standards, internal procedures, and applicable rules and regulations.
- Maintain a tidy, secure warehouse environment while making effective use of available space.
- Track production output, move goods as needed, and support product handling.
- Check inventory records against logs and reports and make adjustments where required.
- Carry out stock counts whenever needed to keep inventory data accurate.
- Prepare shipping documents for customers.
- Update customers’ daily inventory records by scanning and sending documents to them.
