About the Role
As a Visual Merchandiser at our Offenbach store, you will design an attractive and inspiring retail environment that motivates customers to shop. You will create eye-catching window displays and visually appealing mannequin arrangements, all while adhering to Visual Merchandising (VM) standards. Furthermore, you will coach store colleagues to help implement these VM guidelines effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure an appealing, sales-driven presentation of merchandise by following VM standards and contributing original creative ideas.
- Design inspiring window and mannequin displays that draw customer attention.
- Analyze sales figures and KPIs through the Merchandise Management System to optimize product presentation and collection focus.
- Implement centrally developed sales strategies and concepts within the store presentations.
- Enhance sales outcomes by creatively and attractively showcasing merchandise.
- Train colleagues on correct application of VM standards.
- Identify and seize opportunities for sales improvements proactively.
- Provide styling advice and assistance to customers when needed.
Candidate Profile
You possess an eye for style, love modern designs, are inspired by colors and shapes, and have a passion for fashion and trends.
You bring the following qualifications and skills:
- Commercial retail training combined with substantial experience in visual merchandising.
- Or vocational training as a visual marketing designer or in a related creative discipline.
- Strong analytical skills to transform sales metrics into actionable solutions.
- Excellent planning and organization capabilities, working closely with store management to set priorities and plan weekly activities.
- Affinity for business processes and proficient use of area metrics and inventory management systems.
- Intuitive understanding of customer needs, easily translating those into wearable visual merchandising concepts.
