Virtual Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are looking for Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) to connect with customers via digital platforms. The role includes understanding customers' financial needs, promoting appropriate banking products, and ensuring an excellent digital banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers following set contact guidelines
• Deliver superior digital banking service
• Assess customer needs and suggest suitable financial products
• Manage inbound and outbound calls maintaining quality standards
• Address and resolve queries promptly
• Encourage adoption of digital banking services
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions in CRM
• Effectively handle customer complaints
• Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships
• Work to retain customers and reduce churn
• Meet sales and portfolio targets including cross-selling and upselling products like third-party products, assets, and cards
• Profile customers to identify sales potential
• Verify customer eligibility ensuring compliance before product offering
• Maintain documentation adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements
• Update CRM and reporting tools timely and accurately

Eligibility and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline except B.Tech or BE
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience preferred
• Basic understanding of banking and financial services
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Sales aptitude and persuasion skills
• Comfortable using computers and CRM software
• Fluency in English mandatory; proficiency in one of Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada also required

Compensation

Monthly salary between 18000 and 22000 INR.
