About The Role

RideVisMedia is looking for a full-time Videographer to oversee video production across various client projects. These include creating short-form reels, property walkthroughs, promotional videos for cafes and restaurants, as well as personal branding shoots. This position is vital to our content creation process and requires close coordination with the Project Manager and creative team to visually narrate brand stories.

Key Duties

• Capture short-form reels, real estate walkthroughs, and promotional content for clients primarily in food and hospitality, real estate, and personal branding sectors.
• Operate video equipment such as cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio devices during on-site shooting sessions.
• Work alongside Script Writers and Photographers to devise shot plans and shooting schedules.
• Provide the Video Editor with clearly cataloged raw footage and detailed shot annotations.
• Keep up to date with current trends in short-form content, including employing AI-informed production methods optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Maintain and manage personal gear and resolve any technical challenges encountered during shoots.

Candidate Requirements

• A portfolio exhibiting expertise in short-form videos such as reels or walkthrough videos.
• Possession of essential equipment including a camera, stabilizer (gimbal), and audio recording gear.
• Proven experience filming in dynamic, real-world environments including events, business settings, or real estate locations.
• Residency or ability to travel within the Greater Boston area to attend shoots.
• Ability to thrive within a small and rapidly-moving creative team environment.

Salary Details

Annual salary ranges from $50,000 to $100,000, depending on experience.
