Role Overview

The Vice President – Operations is a senior leadership role accountable for advancing business growth, ensuring outstanding delivery of services, and fostering strategic client relationships. Working closely with the Founder, this position manages multidisciplinary consulting projects, cultivates valuable partnerships, and ensures exceptional outcomes for clients while supporting the organization's sustained expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the firm's strategic client portfolio to drive consistent business development.
• Discover and pursue new business prospects and forge strategic alliances.
• Develop and maintain relationships with CXOs, policymakers, investors, and institutional stakeholders.
• Lead strategic proposal preparations, commercial negotiations, and major client interactions.
• Oversee comprehensive delivery of consulting services across strategic communications, public affairs, research, digital, and stakeholder initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of strategic insight, execution quality, and impactful client results.
• Promote collaboration across consulting, account management, research, content, creative, and digital teams.
• Implement delivery frameworks and operational systems supporting quality assurance and scalability.
• Act as senior relationship lead for key client accounts, providing advisory on reputation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic positioning.
• Convert strategic counsel into actionable execution plans and drive long-term client retention and account expansion.
• Build and nurture relationships with industry associations, think tanks, academic institutions, international organizations, and strategic collaborators.
• Represent the firm at leadership forums, policy discussions, and industry platforms.
• Develop partnerships that enhance the firm's capabilities and market presence.
• Lead executive positioning and advocacy initiatives and oversee thought leadership outputs such as white papers, policy reports, and executive forums.
• Support clients in government, regulatory, and industry engagement to enhance institutional influence.
• Guide and inspire multidisciplinary teams fostering collaboration, responsibility, and high performance.
• Contribute to organizational planning, capability enhancement, and operational excellence.
