Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Dispatch Specialist responsible for coordinating dispatches of self-owned vehicles used for material transportation, ensuring efficient and timely delivery aligned with operational demands.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage dispatch schedules of self-owned vehicles according to operational requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive records of drivers and vehicles.
• Liaise effectively with warehouse and production departments.
• Monitor trips until completion and promptly report any issues.
• Ensure dispatch operations meet set timelines and efficiency standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• Prior experience in dispatch coordination or transportation management.
• Strong organizational capabilities and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
