Role Overview

As a User Access Management Checker, you will play an essential role in safeguarding the organization's systems and data by managing and overseeing user access permissions. Your responsibilities include reviewing and validating access requests to ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process access requests submitted by employees or external parties, ensuring correctness and compliance with established access control policies.
• Enforce adherence to user access policies and procedures to maintain compliance with internal security guidelines and relevant regulations.
• Manage the provisioning and revocation of access rights in accordance with authorized approvals or changes in personnel status.
• Keep precise documentation of user access permissions, approvals, and revocation records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Detect and report any potential risks or violations related to user access permissions to maintain security integrity.
• Offer support and guidance to users on access processes, security protocols, and recommended best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• Previous experience in access management, identity and access management (IAM), or a comparable area is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of access control models, authentication techniques, and security frameworks.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements relevant to user access management.
• Excellent communication capabilities and ability to collaborate across various teams.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
