About the Role

Aimtron Electronics Limited, located in Vadodara, Gujarat, is seeking a US Recruiter with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging potential candidates, assessing their suitability, and maintaining a pipeline for future hiring needs. The role demands excellent communication, strong organizational capabilities, and a consistent commitment to surpass recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a pool of qualified candidates for upcoming vacancies.
• Conduct interviews through phone or face-to-face interactions to evaluate applicant qualifications.
• Assess and decide on candidate suitability based on resume evaluations and interview feedback.
• Act as the primary contact to respond to candidates’ inquiries during the recruitment process.
• Consistently achieve weekly quotas concerning calls and emails.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or related fields.
• Proficient communication skills for effective candidate interaction.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office tools.
• High energy levels and passion for recruitment.
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.
