Transmission Line Technician (Stringing or Tower Erection)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transmission Line Technician specializing in stringing or tower erection for a full-time position in the power transmission and electrical infrastructure industry. This role involves the installation, upkeep, and repair of overhead power line systems to ensure reliable energy distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on overhead power lines.
• Handle stringing and apply tension to conductors utilizing specialized pullers, tensioners, and winches.
• Install conductors, insulators, spacers, and associated fittings with precision.
• Perform work at elevated heights employing climbing safety gear and aerial lifting equipment.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Hindi languages.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Transmission Line Technician within the previous 5 years.
• Educational background includes any graduation degree, diploma, or ITI certificate with minimum two years of formal education.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with transmission line work.
• Comfortable and physically capable of working safely at heights.
• Age range between 20 and 42 years.
