Role Purpose

The Training Sales Executive position involves selling BSI's product suite to both new and existing customers. The role requires identifying sales opportunities, comprehensively understanding client business needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of BSI products and services to help organizations embed excellence into their operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to promote additional BSI products.
• Identify and pursue new prospects to expand the customer base by making targeted outreach calls aligned with business growth targets.
• Follow the BSI sales process to explore, understand customer requirements, and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Coordinate resources and provide delivery timelines to ensure customer orders are met and issues resolved.
• Regularly analyze sales activities and key performance indicators to plan and achieve financial goals.
• Manage accounts and opportunities to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and produce accurate sales forecasts.
• Record and maintain consistent customer data, schedule contacts, and proactively manage leads and opportunities using sales tools and CRM systems.
• Present collateral demonstrating how BSI products address customer needs effectively.
• Effectively articulate BSI's unique position and advantages in the standards industry compared to competitors.
• Advance sales skills including telephone communication, proposal creation, presentations, requirement gathering, objection handling, and closing business deals.
• Develop short-term plans to meet immediate sales targets and implement improvements to optimize performance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for BSI by adhering to ethical standards and promoting company services to help clients achieve operational excellence.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Degree-level qualification, equivalent education, or demonstrable experience with consistent achievement in new business sales.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven history of significantly surpassing sales targets and successfully closing business-to-business deals.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and sales capabilities with an entrepreneurial mindset for relationship building and business development.
• Ability to identify opportunities to expand product engagement with customers.
• Skill in developing executive-level client relationships with understanding of business drivers.
• Competency in explaining complex technical matters clearly.
• Excellent organizational, problem solving, self-motivated, and adaptable abilities to work independently.
