Role Overview
We are seeking a Trainee Baker to join our kitchen team based in Goa.
Responsibilities
- Assist the main Baker with daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare our signature breads and other bakery delicacies as listed on the menu.
- Oversee stock levels and handle inventory management of ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with food storage, purchasing, hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate as a team player, contributing wherever help is required.
