Traffic Dispatcher (m/f/d) at Frankfurt Airport

Overview

We are expanding our team in the Trade and Rental Management department and are looking for a Traffic Dispatcher (m/f/d) at Frankfurt Airport.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor land-side traffic at Frankfurt Airport in collaboration with authorities and external partners, such as Squaire and Gateway Gardens.
• Manage and supervise internal traffic flow within parking facilities.
• Operate application systems from various parking system manufacturers.
• Implement and document measures during emergencies following the BA Emergency Plan and internal traffic concepts.
• Provide customer service and handle disruption-management tasks at the Park Service Center, including use of intercom systems and remote control of parking guidance systems.
• Carry out field service duties related to customer service activities.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training with several years of relevant professional experience.
• Preferably experience in land-side traffic control and/or parking management.
• Strong service orientation and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Good analytical skills with a quick comprehension ability.
• Proficient in MS Office and modern communication tools.
• Fluent German language skills both spoken and written at negotiation level.
• Good command of English language.
• Ability to work well in teams, resilience, and readiness for shift work.
