Trading Operations Specialist

Overview

Hindustan Platinum invites applications for a vital position within their Finance and Accounts Department located at the Wadala office in Mumbai. This role demands meticulous handling of trading operations ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth financial transactions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute outbound remittance processes including A1 and A2 payments adhering strictly to regulatory norms.
• Oversee internal transfers of funds across various accounts and company entities.
• Manage the lodgment of export bills and guarantee their timely closure in the Exchange Earners' Foreign Currency (EDPMS) system.
• Conduct verifications to ensure the company’s name is not present on EDPMS or IDPMS defaulters' lists.
• Maintain and update KYC documentation in compliance with banking regulations.
• Serve as a liaison with banking institutions to address operational and transactional discrepancies.
• Process and authorize Goods Returns (GR) waivers in accordance with regulatory directives.
• Administer foreign inward remittance operations ensuring appropriate documentation is maintained.
• Apply for Letters of Credit (LC) required for import transactions aligned with business demands.
• Handle various bank-related transactions ensuring that subsidiary companies fulfill their KYC requirements.
