About the Role
Join Ecolab's Global Supply Chain as a TPM Engineer, contributing to a network of over 300 manufacturing plants and distribution centers worldwide. The role focuses on leading the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and foster employee engagement. As a TPM Leader, you will cultivate a long-term TPM culture, support cross-functional teams, and help the plant advance towards world-class manufacturing excellence.

Core Objectives
- Lead and synchronize the plant TPM strategy with site goals and regional/global TPM frameworks.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement aligned with the site vision.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the leadership team on TPM governance and deployment.
- Train and coach associates to proficiently apply TPM methods to meet key performance indicators.
- Engage with the regional TPM community by contributing best practices and benchmarking.
- Implement loss-driven initiatives using appropriate TPM tools and techniques.
- Conduct comprehensive audits, benchmarking, and gap analysis to identify improvement areas.
Responsibilities
- Support Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) enhancements aligned with the site master plan.
- Utilize loss analysis throughout the plant to pinpoint and prioritize improvement actions.
- Lead by example through active floor engagement, audits, gap identification, and timely interventions.
- Coordinate and facilitate the plant’s TPM steering committees and pillars to ensure consistent execution of TPM programs.
- Embed TPM philosophies, procedures, and culture within daily operations.
- Deliver training to associates on TPM fundamentals and tool application according to company standards.
- Lead pillars such as Training & Professional Development (T&PD) and 5S, including competency management system design and implementation.
- Identify operational losses and champion process modifications to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
- Prepare and manage the TPM master plan incorporating global benchmarking and track progress toward gold certification milestones.
- Promote plant branding and enhance visual management systems per best practices.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in TPM within a manufacturing environment.
- Broad operational knowledge in dynamic manufacturing settings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to make data-informed decisions.
