Role Overview
EPI Power is seeking a Timekeeper to support a data center project located in Council Hill, OK. The Timekeeper will be responsible for tracking and managing attendance and work hours of hourly employees, ensuring precise and timely recording to facilitate accurate payroll processing. This role entails maintaining effective communication between office staff and field workers to uphold integrity in attendance data.
Work Schedule and Duration
This position requires a commitment of 58 hours per week, working Monday through Saturday. The project is expected to last at least two years, with potential for extension or reassignment after project completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately review and record hourly employee timesheets to ensure correct payment.
- Manage documentation of approved time off and record employee call-in notifications.
- Generate regular attendance reports for site supervisors and alert them when attendance issues arise.
- Maintain crew assignments and oversee manpower counts for the site.
- Manage fatigue management documentation and prepare daily workforce reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Administrative experience preferred, with familiarity in basic accounting and invoicing considered an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work outputs.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to organize tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to quickly learn new job-related software.
- Understanding of fundamental office operations.
- Must be local to Council Hill, OK, as relocation assistance is not provided.
- Availability to work onsite Monday through Saturday, 58 hours weekly.
