Role Overview

The Therapist is tasked with delivering professional wellness and therapeutic treatments to guests at the hotel and convention center. This full-time, on-site position requires administering personalized therapies such as massages and spa treatments tailored to guest preferences. The therapist ensures treatment areas are clean, safe, and inviting, following strict hygiene and safety protocols. Responsibilities include guest consultations, treatment execution, recording service details accurately, and collaborating with the spa and wellness team to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with guests to identify wellness needs and recommend suitable therapies.
• Perform therapeutic massages and spa treatments as per hotel service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Keep detailed records of treatments provided and guest preferences.
• Work cohesively with spa staff to promote services and optimize guest experiences.

Qualifications and Skills

• Certified expertise in massage therapy, spa treatments, or relaxation techniques, compliant with local licensing standards.
• Strong commitment to superior guest service, including effective communication and cultural sensitivity.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety practices within wellness environments.
• Ability to evaluate guest requirements and customize treatment plans accordingly.

• Basic computer proficiency for booking management and documentation.
• Previous experience in hospitality or wellness centers is preferred, particularly within the Middle East.
