Territory Manager - NPS - Hyderabad

Job Overview

The role involves engaging with key decision makers such as CHROs, CFOs, Treasury Heads, and Compensation Heads across various organizations to promote awareness and understanding of the National Pension Scheme (NPS). This position requires onboarding corporate employees as NPS subscribers and enrolling companies into the Corporate NPS program.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with senior corporate executives to introduce and explain the features of NPS.
• Enroll employees from corporate organizations as NPS subscribers.
• Facilitate corporate enrollment for the Corporate NPS scheme.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners like marketing and channel teams to ensure smooth rollout and implementation of NPS within organizations.
• Monitor and support HR and payroll departments in processing monthly contributions accurately and timely.
• Conduct educational workshops and training sessions focused on NPS and retirement planning.
• Deliver clear, well-organized presentations to communicate relevant data and information effectively.
