Telesales Executive - IVF Healthcare

About the Role

India IVF Fertility in Noida Sector 18 seeks an enthusiastic and empathetic Telesales Executive specialized in IVF healthcare. This position focuses on managing communication with prospective patients and assisting them through the IVF treatment process.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls to potential patients.
• Provide detailed counseling regarding IVF procedures and available services.
• Generate and qualify leads, coordinate doctor appointments, and encourage patient registrations.
• Maintain continuous follow-up with prospects, fostering strong patient relationships.
• Update and handle patient information accurately within CRM platforms.
• Consistently meet monthly targets for lead acquisition and successful conversions.
• Ensure confidentiality and offer compassionate support to all patients.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in telesales, telecalling, patient counseling, or healthcare sales is preferred.
• Knowledge or background in IVF or fertility healthcare is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency required.
• Demonstrated sales expertise and persuasive negotiation skills necessary.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication abilities are welcome to apply.
• Having a graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
