Telecaller

Overview

Dreamfly Education Consultations is inviting applications for the role of Telecaller to help expand their team. The position involves engaging with prospective students and parents primarily regarding MBBS abroad admissions, providing clear information and converting inquiries into leads. This role offers a monthly salary with additional performance-based incentives, and the option to work from the office or home.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential students and parents via telephone.
• Clarify details about MBBS abroad programs and admission services.
• Follow up on incoming inquiries and effectively convert these into clients.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Meet or exceed monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English preferred.
• Basic computer literacy to handle call logging and CRM updates.
• A positive mindset combined with persuasive communication abilities.
• Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.

Additional Information

• Salary range is ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
• Performance incentives up to ₹10,000 per month are offered.
• Work location is Shivajinagar, Pune with options to work from office or home.
