Telecaller (Female) - Healthcare Sector

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and confident female Telecallers (Telesales Executives) to become part of our expanding healthcare team. This role involves providing detailed information about our healthcare products and wellness services during outbound calls, aiming to build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to potential customers.
• Clearly articulate details of healthcare products and wellness solutions.
• Follow up efficiently with interested prospects to convert them into customers.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
• Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date using CRM or lead tracking tools.
• Meet set sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Handle customer queries with professionalism to foster long-term engagement.
• Coordinate with sales and support teams for smooth processing of orders.

Candidate Profile

• Only female applicants considered.
• Minimum education requirement is completion of 12th grade; graduates preferred.
• At least one year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or healthcare sales is desirable; freshers with strong communication are welcome.
• Fluent Hindi communication is essential; proficiency in English and Punjabi is advantageous.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM systems, are preferred.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
• Positive mindset, confidence, and eagerness to learn.
