Tele Sales Executive – Travel & Tourism

About the Company

Ryka World is an expanding travel and tourism firm specializing in domestic and international holiday packages, including tours, flights, hotels, visas, and customized travel itineraries.

Job Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
• Assess customer travel needs and propose appropriate travel packages.
• Clearly communicate details of tour packages, including prices and inclusions/exclusions.
• Prepare and provide quotations to clients as requested.
• Continuously follow up with interested customers to convert queries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain consistent communication via phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure booking confirmations.
• Keep detailed daily records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
• Strive to meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales process.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with persuasive abilities.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English mandatory; knowledge of Marathi is advantageous.
• Confidence and ease in engaging customers over the telephone.
• Basic computer literacy.
• A sales-focused mindset with a drive to achieve targets.
• Fresh graduates with sound communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in travel sales, telecalling, or tourism is preferred but not essential.

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 depending on experience and skills.
