Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially minded sales professional passionate about expanding high-impact training solutions. This role is ideal for someone who excels at identifying opportunities, surpassing sales targets, and fueling business growth.
Position Summary
This position is for an experienced Technical Sales Specialist skilled in marketing Health & Safety and Technical Training services. You will support our growth objectives within the Third-Party Associate Training sector by combining business development, account management, and technical knowledge to assist customers across sectors such as construction, defence, manufacturing, engineering, utilities, logistics, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, nurture, and close new B2B opportunities within the UK market.
- Maintain and develop a robust sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, and market research.
- Manage and expand existing client relationships to boost revenue and customer loyalty.
- Create customized Health, Safety, and Technical Training programs tailored to customer requirements.
- Establish and sustain positive interactions with decision-makers and stakeholders in various industries.
- Provide expert technical sales advice and act as a trusted consultant during the customer engagement process.
- Collaborate with internal training and operational teams to design bespoke solutions for clients.
- Monitor trends in the market, competitor activities, and emerging industry demands.
- Keep precise CRM records, update sales forecasts, and report on pipeline status.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets for revenue growth and customer expansion.

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management roles.
- Background in selling training, compliance, workforce development, or technical services.
- Demonstrated success in obtaining new business and surpassing sales goals.
- Strong commercial insight with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing strategic customer relationships.
- Familiarity with the UK Health & Safety and Technical Training landscape is advantageous.
- Consultative sales approach with capability to analyze customer challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Proficient in utilizing CRM systems for pipeline management, forecasting, and customer tracking.
- Self-driven, resilient, and results-oriented with the ability to operate independently.
- Possession of a full UK driving license and willingness to undertake national travel.
