Key Responsibilities

• Create and update detailed project plans outlining timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation approaches.
• Establish project scope, objectives, and success criteria ensuring alignment with company goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct project launches, regular status updates, strategic reviews, and project retrospectives to maintain steady execution.
• Monitor progress and deliverables using project management tools and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with executive leaders to transform strategic priorities into actionable and accountable plans.
• Coordinate cloud technology and software growth initiatives by working closely with product, engineering, operations, finance, and commercial departments.
• Identify execution gaps against objectives and initiate corrective measures to sustain momentum.
• Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting while adhering to approved plans.
• Prepare detailed executive dashboards and reports covering progress, risks, opportunities, and business impacts.
• Serve as the primary communication liaison between technical personnel and non-technical stakeholders throughout project phases.
• Recognize project risks, dependencies, and issues promptly, developing mitigation strategies to resolve them efficiently.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance planning, tracking, delivery efficiency, and technology commercialization.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of five years’ experience managing cloud, software development, or other technical projects.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional, technical and non-technical stakeholder projects.
• Experience utilizing AI technologies to accelerate project planning, execution, and commercialization.
• Solid grasp of software development life cycles, cloud technology environments, and technical project delivery frameworks.
• Capability to oversee several complex projects simultaneously while managing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience managing project budgets and financial performance monitoring.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to comprehend technical software concepts and effectively engage with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in project management software like MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or equivalents.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making competencies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or comparable certification is advantageous.
• Experience in healthcare technology, foodservice operations, or nutrition management software is a plus.
• An MBA or equivalent experience bridging technical initiatives and business strategy is highly desirable.
