Program overview

TechMal is a one-year graduate development program in IT that gives recent graduates a pathway into a banking technology environment. It is aimed at attracting, training, and bringing on board new IT talent to support the bank’s technology functions.

The program combines structured learning, hands-on project exposure, and professional development to strengthen both technical and leadership capabilities while preparing participants for job-ready roles.

Eligibility and requirements

• Applicants should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an IT or closely related technical discipline
• A minimum GPA of 3.75 out of 5, or an equivalent academic score, is required
• Only recent graduates are eligible; graduation should be within the last two years
• Strong working ability in both English and Arabic is necessary

This is a one-year program designed specifically for fresh graduates and is intended to directly transition participants into roles supporting the bank’s technology division.
