  • Ensure punctual loan disbursements by validating details against approved disbursement memos and sanction terms.
  • Verify repayment applications by reviewing bank statements and payment postings across corporate secured and retail verticals.
  • Coordinate with secured product lines including wholesale/large corporates segment involving Term Loans, WCDL, LOC, DLOC, LAP, LRD, and investment products such as NCDs.
  • Execute part prepayments promptly and accurately reflect these in the system as per requests.
  • Upload revised repayment schedules following loan rescheduling in exceptional cases within the system timely.
  • Implement changes such as rate of interest (ROI), tenure, EMI amounts, and due dates promptly based on received requests.
  • Issue Full Closure (FC) letters within established turnaround times.
  • Monitor foreclosure payments, update records, and process loan account terminations accurately in the system.
  • Handle refund processing related to loan termination, cancellations, and excess payments, subject to authorization and proper documentation.
  • Create adhoc receivables or dues as approved by the respective authority with valid documentation.
  • Process adhoc payables and waivers following approval procedures and documented requests.
  • Conduct client and bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage moratorium periods and loan restructuring cases based on updated communication and necessary approvals.
