Key Duties

• Oversee and coordinate store shifts in a fast-moving setting.
• Guide, encourage, and support team members during service.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service.
• Assist with pizza preparation and food handling.
• Manage cash and routine store functions.
• Help onboard, coach, and develop new employees.
• Support daily targets, procedures, and operating standards.

Pay Information

Starting compensation is $13 per hour, with the possibility of increases as training progresses.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should be 18 years of age or older and bring a positive, customer-first mindset. The role calls for dependable attendance, strong punctuality, comfort with basic math and cash handling, and the ability to stay effective in a high-volume environment.

Candidates should also be willing to lead a shift at least three times each week, and should be adaptable, self-driven, and collaborative. Facial tattoos are not allowed, and only limited facial piercings may be permitted.
