What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, confident, and attentive service to customers in line with the company’s service standards.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and share product knowledge in a way that supports an exceptional fresh-food experience.
• Trim, portion, and prepare meats for the service case while keeping presentation and product quality at a high level.
• Package products, restock displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and attractive merchandising.
• Keep work and storage areas clean, safe, and well organized through tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing.
• Follow company rules and procedures, with special attention to health and safety, food safety, HACCP requirements, and proper equipment handling.
• Support and coach team members participating in the Meat Cutter development program.
• Complete opening and closing tasks and help colleagues as operational needs arise.
• Assist the leadership team with duties such as inventory counts and ordering supplies.
• Handle other assigned tasks from time to time to support department operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong enthusiasm for delivering warm, high-quality customer service.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position, or an equivalent mix of education and work experience.
• Ability to work on your own while maintaining excellent standards for quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in a busy environment while keeping service and product standards consistent.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on role that may involve standing for long periods, heavy lifting, repetitive tasks, use of protective gear, deadlines, and frequent work in cold conditions.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• English fluency is required; French is an advantage.
