Educational and Professional Requirements

• Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the respective subject.
• A B.Ed. qualification is compulsory for Middle and High School teachers and preferred for Primary level educators.
• Applicants for Nursery teacher roles should have completed NTT or Montessori training (though no current nursery openings specified).
• Candidates should ideally have between one to three years of teaching experience.
• Strong communication abilities and organizational skills are essential.

Principal Position

Additionally, there is an opportunity for a Principal based in Chamarajanagar with the following criteria:

• A postgraduate degree in education or a related field; B.Ed. or M.Ed. is preferred.
• Proven prior experience serving as a School Principal is mandatory.
• Exemplary leadership skills in academics and school operations are required.
• Experience in curriculum planning, overseeing teaching staff, and fostering student growth is essential.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and sound decision-making skills are expected.
• Ability to effectively lead faculty, manage school staff, and actively engage with the parent community is required.

Compensation

The teaching positions offer a monthly remuneration ranging between 12,000 and 15,000 Indian Rupees.
