About the Role
This position is with the Senate Department for Labor, Social Affairs, Equality, Integration, Diversity and Anti-Discrimination in Berlin. The role involves handling business administrative matters related to various service types, including contractual work in accordance with relevant sections of the Social Code Book IX and XII.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing business-related concerns for multiple service categories, including contract design as per sections 76 SGB XII and 125 SGB IX.
- Engaging in contract negotiations and processing contracts according to Chapter 10 of SGB XII and Part 2, Chapter 8 of SGB IX with service providers offering integration assistance for people with disabilities and for groups specified under section 67 ff. SGB XII.
- Performing special duties assigned by supervisors.
- Calculating remuneration for payment-funded offers within integration and homelessness assistance programs.
- Reviewing submitted documents concerning personnel and material costs.
- Conducting independent contract negotiations with service providers.
- Participating in specialist working groups such as commissions 80 and 131/örV to advance framework contract development.
Qualifications
- University degree (Bachelor or Diploma/FH) in Business Administration, Business Law, Public Administration, or a comparable course of study.
- Alternatively, successful completion of Administrative Course II.
