Overview
Louis Vuitton's Talent Development team is offering an internship opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to assist with a broad range of HR initiatives focused on professional growth. Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, this role supports multiple teams including Retail, Corporate, Client Services Center, and Repair Workshops within a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and executing talent development trainings, workshops, meetings, and panel discussions, handling administrative tasks, venue logistics, participant communications, and preparation of materials.
- Assisting with sourcing, curating, and distributing learning resources such as presentations, facilitator guides, workbooks, and online modules.
- Providing administrative and logistical assistance throughout different training programs, including scheduling, attendance tracking, feedback management, and record-keeping, while being present to support activities and workshops.
- Updating and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) for training data management.
- Supporting the creation and upkeep of e-learning modules using various authoring tools to foster engaging and interactive online learning experiences.
- Generating and distributing communication materials related to talent development, such as announcements, newsletters, and intranet content.
- Offering cross-functional support to other areas of the HR Department as needed.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates are passionate about people development and have strong organizational abilities, communication skills, analytical problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and reliability in completion of tasks. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is beneficial, along with eagerness to learn new technologies. Candidates should be curious, collaborate well both independently and in teams, and have an interest in technology and cross-functional partnerships. Experience with graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is advantageous.
Compensation
- Undergraduate interns will be paid $20 per hour.
- Graduate interns will be paid $25 per hour.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a relevant degree.
- Willing and able to work onsite at the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in Midtown Manhattan, or willing to relocate to New York City.
- Available for a full-time commitment of 4-5 days per week from July through December 2026.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
