Role Overview
As a Talent Agent at Dulcedo, you have the autonomy to build a personalized client roster based on your interests, supported by an experienced and connected team within the creator economy. You will work alongside dedicated specialists including Account Managers, Content Strategists, Publicists, and Events & Touring experts, allowing you to concentrate on discovering, cultivating, and expanding talent.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum three years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, public relations, brand partnerships, or related fields.
- Established network within brands, agencies, creators, or the entertainment industry.
- Strong commercial sense with a goal-oriented approach to sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the creator economy and digital culture.
- Experience in contract evaluation and negotiation.
